Add Time to Fall Asleep
Input how long it typically takes you to fall asleep (usually 10-20 minutes). The calculator accounts for this when determining when to actually get in bed versus when you'll fall asleep.
Review Sleep Cycle Options
The calculator shows multiple options based on completing 4, 5, or 6 sleep cycles (6, 7.5, or 9 hours). Choose the option that fits your schedule and gives you enough total sleep. Waking between cycles helps you feel more refreshed.
